We work with architects, roofing and waterproofing consultants, general contractors, roofing contractors, and the owners to provide predictability, stability and utility throughout the project cycle .

Building science over marketing. Every product claim on a MISC drawing is traceable to the manufacturer's published data, and where a number governs the schedule it is called out as the number that governs rather than buried in a table.

The system is the point.

Each detail is drawn for a specific attachment and flashing method, because that is where a roof is won or lost.

Mechanically fastened

Membrane fastened through the insulation to the deck at the seams of the sheet, seams are then welded over the fasteners.

Induction welded

PVC coated fastener plates induction welded to the membrane underside — no membrane adhesive.

Fully adhered

Membrane bonded across the field — liquid bonding adhesive, or a pressure sensitive adhesive roll good. low rise foam adhesive can also be used on coverboard and insulation.

Liquid flashings & Liquid Applied Systems

Liquid-applied flashing for the details and terminations that need extra security. That same product can be used to build the entire roofing membrane in place , reinforced with a scrim - a self terminating, zero seam fully monolithic system.

02 · How a detail is drawn

A real detail, for a real job.

The flashing strip laps the PVC coated edge metal and is hot-air welded to it — the metal counterflashes the membrane, and the strip seals the transition.

It is drawn from a data file, not by hand. Change the insulation thickness in the data and the sheet redraws, with the labels and the R-value following along.
